The 126th  Bolton Fair September 25-28, 2008

The Exhibit Hall is a special place at the Bolton Fair. Children and adults come from far and wide to enter exhibits to be judged and win fair ribbons and cash premiums. We have exhibits for crafters, canners, quilters, woodworkers, bakers, gardeners, flower arrangers, photographers, artists: in all, over 325 different categories for adults and over 200 for juniors(ages 9-20)! All classes are listed in the Exhibitors Guide. Follow the link to Exhibits B through X.

Drop-off: To enter your item to be judged, please bring it to the fairgrounds at the time and date in the exhibitor’s guide. Please enter the fairgrounds at the entrance west (uphill) of the midway. The Exhibit Hall is located in the largest tent. We will register your item and place it in the designated area. Friday is reserved for judging, no items will be entered after closing time for dropoffs. Please read the Rules and Regulations page on this web site.

Pickup: Note that items left for judging will be on display throughout the entire fair weekend closing time on Sunday afternoon, when they can be picked up. There will be no exceptions. Food, flowers and vegetables not picked up will be offered for sale at the close of the fair at our auction of donated items to be held in the hall tent.

For animal exhibitors, there is an Exhibitors Guide and Entry Forms.  Please be advised that fairgoers may be walking through the animal show area evenings to see the animals.
