The American Cream Draft is the only breed of draft horse to originate in the US. Founded in 1914 from a draft mare named "Old Granny", there are fewer than 200 American Creams registered in the USA. Prized for their beautiful coloring and sweet disposition, they contribute to the genetic diversity of draft animals.
