Returning this year and strolling around the fairgrounds for your entertainment – Cracked Walnuts. Jeff and Jan Ausfahl worked behind the scenes of Broadway and film musicals in New York City. Then they moved to the hills of Pennsylvania. Jeff replaced his fancy jazz guitar with a banjo and frying pan. Jan stopped using city-slicker words and picked up the washboard and penny whistle. Keep an eye out as you'll find them playing their music the old fashioned Americana way around the fair.

Livestock Exhibit

The Livestock Shows and Exhibit under the pole barns and tents is where you'll see animals and their owners compete for the blue ribbon.

Lance Gifford

Be prepared to laugh uncontrollably as the Lance Gifford and Company brings you comedic relief with his Magic Show & Hypnosis Show.

The show is electric and non-stop laughs. If you've never seen a hypnosis show this is one of the best. Volunteers from the audience provide the entertainment as Lance hypnotizes them and gives them suggestions. In addition to the Hypnosis Show, Lance entertains you with his magic and illusions that will keep you guessing and questioning what you just saw.

Fiddler Contest

And the Bolton Fair wouldn't be complete without the Fiddler Contest on Sunday. Local fiddlers of all ages come and compete. Truly a fan favorite and since the crowd has outgrown the Fiddler's tent, this year they are moving into the Pavilion for a truly memorable experience.

WHAT IS A FIDDLE CONTEST?  Fiddlers gather to compete against other fiddlers in their age group.  Most fiddlers use it as a reason to practice so they get better! It is truly fascinating to watch the fiddlers take the stage.

... and much more, so come and share the fun!
